Duration of study: 2 academic years, full-time study
Admission: The conditions for admission to the specialty are published in the Master’s candidate directories for the relevant academic year, available on the NAM website.
Graduates of a Bachelor’s degree with an average grade from the semester exams Good 4.00 and an average grade from the state exams Very good 4.50.
A Master’s degree requires 120 credits (60 for each year of full-time study). They are recruited from compulsory (70%), optional (20%) and optional (10%) disciplines.
At the discretion of the department in which the student studies his special subject, he may be awarded an additional 2 credits per year for outstanding performances in the field of musical art and science.
Disciplines studied:
– compulsory: psychology, psychophysiology and psychopathology, anatomy and physiology of sensibility, art therapy, music therapy, the language of music, perception and impact of music, psychology of music, music literature in music therapy practices, ethical and legal bases in music therapy, practice;
– electives: piano/musical instrument/singing, musical aesthetics, art history, music management;
–optional: foreign language, sports.
Method of graduation: Master’s thesis defense.
