Notation typography trends are explored first, historically, following their appearance and evolution to a software level. Discussed are various method contradictions related to these new trends\u2019 inception. Also highlighted is the ethical relationship between the early engraving technology and modern ones.<\/p>\n<p>At the end, a notion is communicated, that computer notation is a necessary subject to be taught in the music education sphere, in order to alleviate the musical mediocrity all around us.
